01 · One system
The CRM is what staff work in. The website is what members and the public see, on those same records. The assistant answers from the rule making dataset and cites the page. The three are built together, on one foundation, rather than bolted together afterwards.

Membership, events, and email, in place of YourMembership. Member records, dues, FSI registration, and the daily clip live in one admin. The CRM page has the scope, the working prototype, and the path to the spring 2027 switch.
CRM build02
A new public site and a logged-in member area. Joining, signing in, and event registration read and write the same member records the admin uses. How it looks is open. It does not have to match the admin, and there is no reason it should.
Website build03
An assistant over this dataset: CDF-Cal fire memos informing timber harvest and board of forestry rule making files. It quotes the passage the answer rests on and names the file and page. When the record does not cover the question, it says so and hands it to a person.

Setup and monthly for each build, then the total for the whole system.
Membership, events, and email, plus the staff admin. One fixed fee. The monthly covers hosting, the database, email, the domain, updates, and someone to call. It does not rise with member count, event volume, or email sends.
