What this screen shows
Dues here are not a rate times an acreage. Six separate inputs each run through their own tier ladder, the way income tax brackets work: the first thousand acres are charged at one rate, the next nine thousand at another. The panel on the right prints every tier that was touched and what it added, so a member who queries their bill can be answered from the screen.
